尖椒皮蛋 (Spicy Preserved Eggs)
夏天最愛涼拌, 咁啱屋企有辣椒仔, 今晚整呢個惹美小食, 絕對及得上譚仔三哥嫁~
材料:
皮蛋2隻 (每隻切開8件放碟)
調味料:
尖椒1隻去籽 (我今日無用尖椒, 就咁用左紅椒仔2隻代替)
花椒油 or 辣椒油1湯匙
糖半茶匙
生抽老抽各1湯匙
鎮江醋半湯匙
麻油半茶匙
蒜蓉半個
胡椒粉少許
做法:
將調味料調好後與切好皮蛋分開兩碟放雪櫃30分鐘, 然後拿出淋上調味料即可。
