煎魚餅 (Pan-fried Fish Cake)
材料超級簡單, 好快就食得~
材料:
未調味鯪魚肉 半斤
蔥粒 適量
調味料:
粟粉 2茶匙
油 1湯匙
水 30ml
雞蛋(打混) 1顆
盬 半茶匙
糖 1茶匙
麻油 少許
胡椒粉 少許
做法:
1. 將材料混合調味料攪拌, 然後用手撻至起膠 (有時間可放雪櫃15分鐘)
2. 平底鍋加油, 將1搓成球狀再稍為壓扁, 兩面各煎大約3分鐘至熟即可
