點解叫日式炒, 因為用左日本超甜洋蔥同味淋。日本味淋好好用, 醃肉時落少少不單可以走左d雪味, 仲可以同時作為糖同米酒咁用~ 呢個餸煮完出黎味道甜甜的, 洋蔥爽脆的, 而雞肉也用味淋醃過, 雪藏雞柳都即時變得好好味~
