蜜桃中式單骨雞翼 (Peach Chicken Wings with Tomato Sauce)
夏天無咩胃口, 整呢個酸酸甜甜就開胃d~ 雞翼剪成單骨雞翼會較易入味, 而且小朋友會容易食d~
材料:
雞翼12隻
細蜜桃1罐
洋蔥半個切細片
茄汁
做法:
1. 雞翼洗淨剪邊及剪半, 基本醃料醃最少15分鐘
2. 煎pan下油落雞翼兩面煎約6分鐘至9成熟
3. 撥開一邊放洋蔥煎香
4. 然後放半罐蜜桃水, 茄汁2湯匙, 糖半湯匙兜勻至雞翼全熟即可
