蒜蓉炒西蘭花 (Fried Broccoli with Garlic)

炒西蘭花保持翠綠既竅門, 先大滾水放入已切細既西蘭花, 加一茶匙海鹽同橄欖油焯2-3分鐘, 然後隔水稍為瀝乾水份~ 然後燒熱油鑊放蒜蓉, 加入西蘭花及少少水及糖煮多大約3分鐘就得嘞~
