香煎銀鱈魚 (Pan Fried Codfish in Soy Sauce)

又一餐 quck dinner, 銀鱈魚解凍後加醃料, 再撲上生粉兩面煎熟就食得...不過真係太熱氣, 隔好一輪先可以再食第二次喔~


醃料:

老抽1湯匙

海鹽1/4茶匙

糖1/2茶匙

胡椒粉適量

味淋半湯匙
