蔥油雞 (Immersed Chicken with Salty Shallot)

繼續選用脂肪較少, 皮薄少肥膏而肉質較實既南王雞, 做法同上次霸王雞做法, 只係叫法不同, 同埋今次d蔥用蔥白部份較多, 我覺得味道係比較濃烈少少、但就惹味更多多 :)
