油爆三蔥雞 (Sautéed Chicken with Shallot)

終於諗到新菜式, 唔係三杯雞, 係三蔥雞~ 所謂三蔥, 就係用左乾蔥、紫洋蔥、青蔥, 三種蔥加埋令呢個餸香味撲鼻, 最後加埋d紅尖椒裝飾就更加靚嘞~
