霸王雞
霸王雞
霸王雞或者有人叫蔥油雞~ 喜歡食蔥既朋友可以任性地加蔥上去, 實在係美味非常~
做法
:
1. 將雞洗淨清好內臟, 用鹽1湯匙及少少酒抺勻整隻雞, 然後放雪櫃醃一晚
2. 雞拿出稍為攤暖, 然後連同薑及蔥放入大煲滾水內, 等水再次滾起後轉中火煮10分鐘, 然後關火焗25-30分鐘
3. 雞拿出倒乾水, 然後抺上麻油, 攤凍後斬件/剪件備用
4. 蔥絲加半茶匙鹽, 爆油後放上雞面即可
