南乳炆齋 (Braised Assorted Vegetables with Fermented Red Beancurd)
南乳炆齋
中秋佳節倍思貓...炆粗齋好容易, 只係預備既材料較多, 每樣少少已經可以炆出一大碟, 而分好先後次序落鑊就最緊要, 我會將材料洗好然後排好隊, 準備逐一分次序加入, 最後淋上少少麻油即成~
材料:
南乳2磚連汁
紅棗3粒、薑片
節瓜一條
紹菜半斤
豆卜4兩
雪耳1/4個
支竹4兩
馬蹄6粒
木耳
粉絲2扎
