豉油皇炆豆腐燒肉
禽日食剩左d燒肉, 今日買磚豆腐煮左佢~ 今次選用硬豆腐, 先用油煎香兩面, 然後加蔥段同燒肉, 再加汁料(生抽、老抽各1湯匙, 黃糖2茶匙, 最後生粉水埋芡)就煮好~
